Working from my studio in Haslemere, I design and create bespoke wedding and celebration cakes for clients across Surrey and the surrounding areas. Each cake is handcrafted using palette knives and my signature chocolate ganache flowers - without the need for fondant or fresh flowers - so the design holds its shape and looks just as beautiful at the end of the day as it does at the beginning.
Every cake is designed around your occasion, whether it’s a wedding or a celebration for a birthday, anniversary or family gathering. I take the time to understand your ideas, colours and style, creating something that feels right for you and the occasion you’re celebrating.
