Cake gallery

A collection of bespoke wedding and celebration cakes, each one designed individually with handcrafted floral detail. Because the flowers are created by hand using palette knives and ganache, every cake is entirely bespoke, with no two designs ever the same. From larger statement cakes to smaller, more personal pieces, this is a closer look at the style, textures and finishes that define my work.
