My cakes are renowned for their handcrafted chocolate ganache flowers, designed to create a more sculptural and natural finish than traditional piping or fondant decoration. Each unique bloom is delicately made using palette knives and arranged by hand, making each cake entirely bespoke.
Everything is fully edible, with no need for fresh flowers or heavy fondant finishes. The result is a cake that feels beautifully detailed and genuinely unique, with handcrafted floral work that makes it a real focal point for your celebration.

To order your palette knife celebration cake, simply get in touch with your date, size and any initial ideas. You’re welcome to share inspiration, colours or themes, and I’ll create a design and quote tailored to your occasion. As a guide, 6 inch 4 layer celebration cakes start from £200.
To confirm your booking a 40% deposit is required and full payment must be made 7 days prior to collection or delivery.
Collection is available from my Haslemere studio or I can hand deliver across Surrey and the surrounding areas. Complimentary local delivery within 5 miles of Haslemere, each mile thereafter is charged at £1 per mile round trip.

I’m happy to accommodate certain dietary requirements where possible, including gluten-free and nut-free birthday, anniversary and celebration cakes. Each cake is made to order, and I’ll always discuss any specific needs with you to ensure the best possible result.
While nut-free cakes can be made, my kitchen is not a nut-free environment, so I’m unable to guarantee the complete absence of traces. If you have any allergies or concerns, please do get in touch to discuss them before ordering.
